Sleeping up to 9 guests, this house is the ideal escape for large or multiple families. With a central location in Cape Paterson, it's a 5 minute walk to the incredible bay beach, main beach, rock pools and surf beach, which is dog friendly, just 900 metres to the famous Cape Tavern, considered the best restaurant in the Wonthaggi and Cape region, and a lovely 5 minute stroll to the Cape Paterson Life Saving Club.

The back gate opens to a vast array of walking tracks leading to the beach and the Cape Paterson Eco-Village, home to an award-winning community garden, a fenced-in dog agility park, and an explorative kids' adventure playground just 250 metres away.

This property sleeps 9 guests only. The house is two storeys, with the kitchen area upstairs overlooking beautiful rural views, while the bedrooms are downstairs. There are three good sized bedrooms, one family bathroom, and a separate studio king bedroom in a renovated garage. Split system air conditioning services both floors. The house also features two living areas and an enclosed, pet-friendly garden with parking for two cars, along with two large TVs throughout.

Accommodation includes a downstairs king bedroom, a downstairs queen bedroom, a downstairs bedroom with a triple bunk bed, and a separate studio next door with its own king bed.

Please note linen is not provided, and guests will need to bring bedding for two king beds, one queen, one double and one single. Linen hire is available on request, including made-up beds ready for your arrival.

Parking is available for two vehicles only, with street parking also nearby. The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, with the code sent to your email address at 2pm on the day of arrival. All communication is sent via the booking system, so please check your spam folder for information and instructions.

Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture, and all dog waste must be picked up before departure, or a fine will be charged. On booking, guests will be asked to agree to terms and conditions including no parties, no schoolies or groups under 25 years, and no hens or bucks parties. Smoking is also not permitted. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online check-in process to release the lock box code.
