Located right across the road from the beach, Seaview Road puts you within easy reach of the bustling Harbour Town shopping precinct, the eclectic cafes and restaurants of Henley Square, West Beach Adventure Park, and all the amazing experiences Glenelg has to offer.  
Set on the ground floor of a quiet complex near the beach, this well-appointed apartment offers a comfortable, low-fuss base for a relaxed coastal stay. The open plan living and dining area features a Smart TV, ideal for evenings in, while the full kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, along with a coffee pod machine for your morning brew.  
The bedroom features a queen bed, serviced by a single bathroom with shower over bathtub. Step outside to the private outdoor patio, complete with dining furniture and BBQ, though please note the BBQ is currently unavailable due to maintenance.  
Additional comforts include a laundry with washing machine and dryer, with laundry powder supplied, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Portacots are available upon request prior to arrival, subject to availability, with an additional fee applying.  
Guests will enjoy an included parking space on-site at the rear of the building, along with high quality bed linen and towels provided on arrival. A complimentary guest welcome pack is also included, featuring an initial supply of coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid and tablets, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues and toilet paper.  
Seaview Road is conveniently located just 18 minutes from Ashford Hospital and only 8 minutes from Adelaide Airport, with the Glenelg-to-City tram service also close by for easy access into town.  
Please note any booking extensions must be requested by 4pm the day before checkout, otherwise a cleaning cancellation fee will apply. Guests will be required to complete a guest registration form, along with a copy of valid photo ID and card, prior to key instructions being sent out. A pre-authorisation hold of $200 will be placed on your card at check-in, automatically released after departure provided the property is left in good condition. Please note all payments are subject to a 1.5% card surcharge, and guests will be liable for any damages incurred during their stay. To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival, with check-in completed by 8pm unless prior arrangements have been confirmed. Failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or, in some cases, inability to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to arrange suitable access.
