Welcome to Seaview Road, a beachfront ground-floor retreat set within a quiet complex of just five residences, positioned directly across from the sand in the heart of Glenelg. With Adelaide's favourite coastal strip on your doorstep, this is the perfect base for a relaxed seaside stay, whether you're after a family getaway or an extended coastal escape.  
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, complete with a smart TV for cosy evenings in, while the well-appointed kitchen makes catering for the group simple. You'll find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and coffee pod machine on hand, along with all the essentials for everyday cooking. A dedicated laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus complimentary laundry powder, adds everyday convenience for longer stays.  
Step outside to your private outdoor patio, furnished with dining furniture and ready for al fresco meals in the sea air (please note the BBQ is currently unavailable due to maintenance). It's the perfect spot to wind down after a day spent exploring the coast.  
Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping the whole group. Bedroom one and bedroom two each feature a queen bed, while bedroom three offers two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. A single bathroom with a shower over bathtub services the home, and porta cots can be arranged prior to arrival upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.  
Guests are welcomed with high-quality bed linen and towels, along with a thoughtful welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing supplies, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, so you can settle in without a second thought. A dedicated parking space at the rear of the building is included for your stay, and free WiFi and air-conditioning keep you comfortable and connected throughout.  
Set right across from the beach, Seaview Road places you close to the buzz of Harbour Town, the eclectic dining scene at Henley Square, the fun of West Beach Adventure Park, and the vibrant café and shopping strip of Glenelg itself. The Glenelg-to-City tram is close by for easy access into Adelaide, while Adelaide Airport is just eight minutes away and Ashford Hospital around twenty minutes' drive.
