A double sofa bed is also available in the living room upon request, at an additional cost, for extra guests.  
The well-appointed modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, full-size fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space, making meal preparation effortless. Accommodation comprises two elegant bedrooms, both featuring queen beds, complemented by a modern bathroom with shower only.  
Comfort is well taken care of with a split system for year-round climate control, and a hairdryer is provided for convenience. Shared laundry facilities are available on site, and free WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. A porta cot is available to hire for families travelling with little ones, with guests asked to provide their own bedding.  
One allocated car space is included for your stay, along with high-quality bed linen and towels provided on arrival, plus a thoughtful welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing supplies, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, so you can settle in with ease.

Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.  
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.  
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
