Hughes Street is a calm, private ground-floor unit for stays of a month or more in Mile End, a relaxed residential suburb just minutes from Adelaide's CBD. Local cafés, bakeries and supermarkets are close by, Adelaide Central Market, Chinatown, the River Torrens and Adelaide Oval are a short trip away, and Adelaide Airport is about 10–15 minutes by car. With two bedrooms, a private laundry, enclosed front and rear courtyards and off-street parking, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Adelaide, small families relocating to the city, and anyone wanting a quiet, convenient long-stay base.

The Unit  
Natural light warms the living area, which has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and rug, a Smart TV with Netflix, and vinyl floors. A split-system air conditioner serves the lounge.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove and oven, a rangehood, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. The dining table doubles as an easy laptop workspace.

The bedrooms have a King bed and two single beds between them, with blackout blinds, wardrobe storage with hangers, and fans in both rooms. The bathroom has essentials and a hairdryer provided. The private laundry has a washer and dryer, plus a vacuum, mop, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack.

WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Outside  
Enclosed front and rear courtyards, accessed through secure gates, give you private outdoor space for slow mornings and relaxed evenings.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
