Stroll along bustling Jetty Road for boutique shopping, savour gourmet dining at the Marina, hop on the direct tram to Adelaide's city centre, or simply sink your toes into the golden sands of Glenelg beach.  
Set on the fifth floor of a luxurious beachfront resort, the apartment offers a queen bed alongside a double sofa bed, which can be set up for an additional fee on request prior to arrival, making it a flexible option for couples or small groups. The single bathroom features a separate bath and shower, adding convenience for busy mornings.  
The well-appointed full kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, along with a coffee pod machine, everything you need for easy meal preparation. The spacious living and dining area offers a comfortable space to unwind, while a washing machine in the apartment adds convenience for longer stays.  
Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with outdoor dining furniture and framed by stunning views, an ideal spot to relax and take in the coastal atmosphere. Ducted air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable year-round, and free WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. An included single basement parking space is provided on site.  
Guests are welcomed with high-quality bed linen and towels, along with a thoughtful welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing supplies, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, so you can settle in with ease. As part of the resort, guests also enjoy access to an indoor swimming pool, heated spa, sauna and gymnasium.  
Holdfast Promenade is just 15 minutes from Adelaide Airport. Please note the Glenelg-to-City tram service is currently not in operation, daily housekeeping is not included, and Glenelg can experience additional noise on Friday and Saturday nights due to the nearby bars and restaurants.

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.  
Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.  
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.  
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.  
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
