Accommodation offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with a queen bed and a king bed, which can split into two singles for an additional fee on request, plus a double sofa bed also available on request for an additional fee, making this an ideal option for families or larger groups. A single bathroom services the apartment, featuring a shower over the bath.  
The well-appointed full kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, everything you need for easy meal preparation. The spacious living area includes a desk, perfect for guests needing a dedicated workspace, while a washing machine in the apartment adds convenience for longer stays.  
Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with outdoor dining furniture and framed by stunning beachfront views, an ideal spot to unwind and take in the coastal atmosphere. Ducted air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable year-round, and free WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. An included single basement parking space is provided on site.

Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.  
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.  
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
