This ground-floor unit offers its own private entrance and private garden, providing a peaceful, self-contained retreat. Inside, the cosy and stylish living area comes complete with a smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings, while the central dining area connects seamlessly to the well-appointed modern kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size fridge freezer and coffee pod machine.  
Accommodation comprises two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, complemented by a modern bathroom with premium fittings. Step outside to your own private outdoor patio, furnished with dining furniture, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh air.  
A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, with powder supplied, adds convenience for longer stays, while air conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Free on-street parking is available nearby, subject to space, and free WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay. Porta cots can be arranged prior to arrival upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.  
Guests are welcomed with high-quality bed linen and towels, along with a thoughtful welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing supplies, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, so you can settle in with ease.  
Moseley Street is also part of a small triplex of similar units next door to one another, making it a great option to book alongside neighbouring units for a larger group stay. The location is well connected too, just 15 minutes from Adelaide Airport and around 18 minutes from Flinders Hospital. Please note the Glenelg-to-City tram service is currently not in operation.

Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.  
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
