The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, while air conditioning ensures year-round comfort throughout the home, complemented by ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Off-street parking is available, adding convenience for guests arriving by car.  
Close to shops, parks and everyday amenities, Tod Street is also just a short distance from the beach, making it easy to enjoy relaxed outings during your stay.  
Please note any booking extensions must be requested by 4pm the day before checkout, otherwise a cleaning cancellation fee will apply. Guests will be required to complete a guest registration form, along with a copy of valid photo ID and card, prior to key instructions being sent out. A pre-authorisation hold of $200 will be placed on your card at check-in, automatically released after departure provided the property is left in good condition. Please note all payments are subject to a 1.5% card surcharge. To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival, with check-in completed by 8pm unless prior arrangements have been confirmed. Failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or, in some cases, inability to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to arrange suitable access.
