With soothing coastal decor and modern amenities throughout, this home offers everything you need for a rejuvenating stay, whether you're unwinding in the bright, airy living spaces or exploring the best of the surrounding coastline.  
The open-plan dining and living area is a comfortable space to relax, complete with a smart TV for quiet evenings in. The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking easy, featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-size fridge freezer and coffee pod machine, so everything you need is close at hand. Ducted air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year, while free WiFi keeps you connected during your stay.  
Accommodation comprises two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, well suited to couples, families or groups of friends. A washing machine in the property adds convenience for longer stays, and an included on-site parking space rounds out the practical touches.  
Step outside to enjoy a peaceful evening on the private patio, the perfect place to wind down after a day spent exploring the stunning coastline. Porta cots can be arranged prior to arrival upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.  
Guests are welcomed with high-quality bed linen and towels, along with a thoughtful welcome pack including coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing supplies, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, so you can settle in with ease.  
Mary Street is also well positioned for the wider area, just 15 minutes from Adelaide Airport. Please note the Glenelg-to-City tram service is currently not in operation.

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.  
Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.  
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.  
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.  
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
