Completely set up with all furniture and finishings, it's available for a lease term of 8 to 12 weeks, perfect for those relocating, on a shorter work contract, or simply after a seasonal stay in Glenelg.

Two large bedrooms, each with ocean views and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading directly to the balcony, offer a bright and relaxing retreat, with the main bedroom featuring its own ensuite. The stylish main bathroom includes a double vanity, a large bathtub and a walk-in shower boasting double showerheads.

Step outside to the expansive balconies with stunning water views, already equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the scenery. The huge, well-appointed modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, ovens, microwave, coffee pod machine, full-size fridge and freezer, and plenty of cupboard space, making it easy to settle in for an extended stay. The spacious open plan living and dining area is complete with a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in.

Secure onsite basement car parking is included, along with all utilities, electricity, water and Wi-Fi, taking the hassle out of a longer stay.

To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival. Check-in should be completed by 8pm unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with our team. Please note that failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays, and in some cases, you may be unable to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements.
