Perfect for couples, families, a small group of friends, business or solo travellers, this hidden gem offers the ultimate blend of comfort and coastal charm, whether for short or long-term stays.

Located on the second floor with two flights of stairs and no lift, the apartment sleeps guests across a king bed, which can be split, and two single beds, which can be made into a king on request. The well-appointed full kitchen includes an oven with cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, full-sized fridge and freezer, and a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers. The spacious open plan dining and living area features a Smart TV and two comfy couches, along with a dining table and chairs, with a highchair available on request, stored in the second bedroom.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, front loader washing machine, iron and ironing board, with a common area laundry featuring a coin-operated dryer also available in the building if required. Additional comforts include black-out and sheer blinds, an umbrella just in case, free Wi-Fi, books and board games, ducted central air conditioning and heating, and a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket for safety.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided on arrival, along with a complimentary guest welcome pack including an initial supply of coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid and tablets, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues and toilet paper. Included parking is available on-site, along with plenty of free street parking.

Perfectly positioned, Adelphi Terrace is just 300 metres to the nearest beach, 450 metres to Wigley Reserve, its coffee shop and playground, and 800 metres to Marina Pier, packed with restaurants, trendy bars and nightlife along the waterways. Moseley Square, home to the Beachouse amusement centre and waterslides, shops and the tram into the city centre, is less than 1 kilometre away. Morphettville Racecourse is 3.5km away, with Ashford Hospital and Adelaide Airport both around 8km, or a 15 minute drive.

Long stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guests will be required to complete a guest registration form prior to key instructions being sent out, along with a valid photo ID and card. A pre-authorisation hold of $200 will be placed on your card at check-in, automatically released after departure provided the property is left in good condition. Please note all payments are subject to a 1.5% card surcharge, and guests will be liable for any damages incurred during their stay. To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival, with check-in completed by 8pm unless prior arrangements have been confirmed. Failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or, in some cases, inability to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to arrange suitable access.
