Downstairs, the well-appointed full kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and fridge/freezer, opening onto a spacious open plan dining and living area with modern furnishings. An additional toilet on the ground floor adds convenience, along with a laundry area with washing machine.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed with its own private balcony, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third includes bunk beds with a top single and bottom double, ideal for children or extra guests. The main bathroom features a separate shower and large bathtub for a relaxing soak.

Additional comforts include free Wi-Fi, ducted air conditioning throughout, and quality bed linen and towels provided on arrival. A complimentary guest welcome pack is also included, featuring an initial supply of coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid and tablets, laundry powder, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues and toilet paper.

Included onsite parking is available, with a convenient location just 15 minutes, or 8km, from Adelaide Airport, and the Glenelg-to-City tram nearby for easy access into town. Please note daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.

Any booking extensions must be requested by 4pm the day before checkout, with late requests potentially incurring a cleaning cancellation fee. Guests are required to complete a guest registration form, including a valid photo ID and card, before key instructions are sent. A pre-authorisation hold of $750 will be placed on your card at check-in, automatically released after departure provided the property is left in good condition. A 1.5% card surcharge applies to all payments, and guests are liable for any damages occurring during their stay. To ensure a smooth arrival, the registration form must be completed before the end of office hours on the day of arrival, with check-in completed by 8pm unless prior arrangements have been approved. Failure to submit required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or inability to access the property. For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to arrange approval.
