Park Crescent is a bright, breezy townhouse with stylish coastal décor, available for stays of a month or more in Sunshine Beach, a pristine oceanside village between Noosa National Park and the beach. Sunshine Beach is a 3-minute walk away, the Duke Street shops are 5 minutes on foot, and Noosa Heads is a short drive. It's ideal for couples or small families wanting an extended coastal stay, professionals on contract in the Noosa region, and anyone relocating to the Sunshine Coast.

The Home  
The open-plan living area is filled with natural light. It has a spacious couch, a coffee table, a TV with free-to-air channels, and a four-seater dining table. The kitchenette is fully stocked with appliances, including an oven, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed, and bedroom two has two single beds. The stunning modern bathroom sits alongside, and there's a laundry room.

Air conditioning and heating keep the townhouse comfortable year-round. The front balcony has outdoor seating, and the courtyard has outdoor seating, dining and a BBQ. Guests also have access to pool facilities.

Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Guest Access & Parking  
You'll have the entire townhouse, except the loft. Keys are left in an on-site lockbox, with the access code sent 3 days before arrival through the booking portal. On-site parking is available in a single garage, though please note it's very tight to get into.

Please Note

There's construction work next to the townhouse, so some noise is expected.  
The townhouse has open stairs and isn't suitable for young children.  
The single garage is very difficult to get into.  
The loft isn't accessible.

Luggage can't be stored before check-in or after check-out.  
ID verification is required after booking, and check-in details are only shared once verified.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.  
  
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.  
  
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
