Tranquil Place is a stylish, peaceful home for stays of a month or more in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast. The local beach is about a 5-minute walk through the nature reserve at the end of the street. The Mooloolaba Esplanade, SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium and coastal paths are nearby, and Sunshine Coast Airport is about 15 minutes away. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning and a double garage, it's ideal for families relocating to the Sunshine Coast, professionals on extended contracts in the region, and groups wanting a calm long stay by the beach.

The Home  
Soft carpet lines the lounge and bedrooms, with timber floors in the hallways. The airy living area has seating for six and a large Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts), with plenty of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher and a pod coffee machine, plus cutlery and utensils. The dining table seats eight, with breakfast bar seating for three.

The three bedrooms have a mix of King and Queen beds with quilted linen and plush pillows, along with plenty of storage and blackout blinds. There are three spotless bathrooms, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided. The laundry has a washer and dryer.

Split-system air conditioning serves the bedrooms and living room, with fans in the bedrooms, living and dining areas. WiFi is available.

Outside, the generous patio has lush bushland views, outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.

Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Guest Access & Parking  
You'll have the entire house. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There's one step at the entrance, and stairs inside the home. The double garage fits two cars (4.74m wide, 2.21m high).

\- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
