Kent Street is a spacious, practical Queenslander-style home, available for stays of a month or more in Rockhampton. A supermarket is 900m away, Browns Park is about 3 minutes by car, the city centre is about 3 minutes, Rockhampton Base Hospital about 5 minutes, the train station about 5 minutes, and Rockhampton Airport about 7 minutes. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a desk in every bedroom, it’s ideal for hospital and medical staff, tradespeople, contractors, work crews and DIDO/FIFO workers who’d rather share a home than book separate hotel rooms.

The Home  
This older highset Queenslander has high ceilings, VJ panelling, timber floors and traditional outdoor decks. The lounge has a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and a TV with streaming apps, and the dining table seats six. The full kitchen has an oven, a cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, plus pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, and tea and coffee. There are three fridge/freezer units in the home.

Bedroom one has a King bed, an ensuite and a small kitchenette. Bedroom two has a King bed, and bedroom three has a Queen bed. Every bedroom has a wardrobe, a work desk and air conditioning. All three bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash provided. The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, a clothesline and laundry detergent.

Air conditioning runs throughout. Outside, there are front and rear outdoor areas.

Cleaning on Longer Stays  
Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linen can be arranged for longer bookings.

Guest Access & Parking  
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home, with self check-in. The home is highset and reached by stairs. Backyard parking is available via the rear lane, and free street parking is available out front.
