It has uninterrupted panoramic views across the Pacific Ocean, the city skyline and the hinterland. The beach is just 50m away, Cavill Avenue's shops and markets are a 9-minute walk, and the light rail is 2 minutes from the door. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, step-free access and resort-style building facilities, it's ideal for families relocating to the Gold Coast, groups or colleagues on extended work stays, and anyone wanting a long, luxurious beachside stay.

The Apartment  
The open-plan living area has premium interiors and plenty of natural light, with a plush couch, a coffee table, a TV with streaming apps, and a six-seater dining table. Blackout blinds help on bright mornings. The sleek kitchen has an oven, a gas cooktop, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker, plus countertop seating for two.

Bedroom one has a King bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. Bedroom three has a bunk with a double bed below and a single above. A sofa bed provides extra space. All bedrooms have blackout blinds. There are two bathrooms, with towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer.

Air conditioning and heating serve the bedrooms and living area, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from an off-site location about 850m from the property, available 24/7, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. Enter through the main building entrance facing the beach using your fob. The lifts take you directly to the apartment's level, and there are no stairs inside or outside the property. A designated on-site parking space is included, accessed through the car park entrance on the tram line side of the building.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
