Nobby Beach is a 9-minute walk away, with stylish cafés and restaurants close by. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge range of resort facilities on your doorstep, it's ideal for families relocating to the Gold Coast, families wanting an extended holiday, and professionals on long contracts near Surfers Paradise or the Gold Coast Convention Centre.

The Apartment  
The open living space has comfortable modern furniture, a contemporary dining setting and a 55" Smart TV. It opens onto a leafy, covered outdoor terrace with furniture.

The full kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, making everyday cooking easy on a longer stay. There's a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, and air conditioning and WiFi throughout.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed, a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a single bed and a bunk bed, plus a built-in wardrobe, which is perfect for kids. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, and luxe toiletries are provided.

Top-quality hotel-style linen and towels are supplied, with a three-sheet setup, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
