Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ General construction activity near some properties

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present. While every effort is made to ensure a comfortable stay, some noise may be heard during standard working hours (typically Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm). We sincerely appreciate your understanding and assure you that our team remains committed to providing a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable stay.  Please be advised that building construction is currently underway adjacent to 2nd Avenue Apartments. During and after construction, views of the ocean will be reduced. If your apartment is pool-facing, you will still have views directly ahead.
