Lake Street is a spacious, sophisticated apartment for stays of a month or more in Cairns North, within walking distance of the Cairns Esplanade, the Lagoon, cafés, restaurants and shops. The Botanic Gardens are nearby, and Cairns Airport is just 5 minutes away by car. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large private rooftop terrace and a resort-style pool, it's ideal for families relocating to Far North Queensland, groups or teams on extended work stays in Cairns, and families wanting a long tropical stay.

The Apartment  
The large, light-filled lounge has an eight-seater couch and a Smart TV with free-to-air channels and Netflix (log in with your own account). The modern open-plan layout includes a gourmet kitchen with an oven, induction cooktop, utensils and cutlery, a dining table for six, and countertop seating for two.

The lounge opens onto a large private rooftop terrace, with outdoor dining, a sitting area and a split view of the mountains and ocean.

All four bedrooms have storage, a wall-mounted TV and air conditioning. There are four bathrooms, so everyone has plenty of space on a longer stay. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided. A high chair and porta cot are available in the master bedroom for little ones.

Ducted air conditioning provides heating and cooling throughout, with ceiling fans in every room. The laundry has a washer and dryer, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Additional rules: You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

\- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am  
\- No parties or antisocial behaviour  
\- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval  
\- No pets are allowed in the property without approval  
\- No smoking is allowed at any times  
\- If you break something, please let us know  
\- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.  
\- Upon your departure, please leave the key on the kitchen bench inside the apartment, close the front door, and make sure it is securely locked.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.

- Cancel **more than 15 days** before check-in — 50% refund of your Minimum Stay Fee.
