## About this home

This bright, private and modern guest suite is set in a quiet part of Wilston, close to huge parklands and bike and walking tracks, and furnished with style and comfortable furnishings throughout. Known as Noble Street, the suite is a short walk to Wilston's many cafes and restaurants, the Sunday organic markets, the RNA Showgrounds and the Royal Brisbane Hospital, with Southbank and Fortitude Valley just a few minutes' drive away. The suite includes a kitchenette, unlimited wifi, air conditioning and is close to trains and buses.

Noble Street was originally a caretaker's cottage built around 1915 for the market gardens now known as Downey Park. The original cottage has been extensively renovated into a large modern property, including the addition of a private 2 bedroom guest suite with a rear deck to enjoy the peace and quiet. Guests have a separate entrance with sensor lighting, self check in via lockbox, and access to the laundry.

There is a car space for 1 small car on the driveway, and plenty of untimed, unmetered street parking across the road.

Noble Street is a well appointed long term rental suited to singles, couples or business travellers looking for quiet accommodation with the convenience of a central Wilston location.
