Cartwright Street is a spacious, home-away-from-home house for stays of a month or more on a quiet street in peaceful Taigum, about 16km north of Brisbane's CBD. North Boondall Station is 1.3km away, with trains to the CBD in about 35 minutes, and Brisbane Airport is a 14-minute drive. Boondall Park is a 6-minute walk, and the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Nudgee Beach and Cabbage Tree Creek are all close by. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and secure garage parking, it's ideal for families relocating to Brisbane, professionals or teams on extended contracts in the northern suburbs or near the airport, and groups sharing a longer stay.

The Home  
Set across multiple levels, the house has a comfortable living room with sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The dining table seats six.

The kitchen is great for cooking large meals, with stainless-steel appliances, an electric oven, a gas cooktop with rangehood, a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed, blackout blinds, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, blackout blinds, a built-in wardrobe and a fan. Bedroom three has two single beds, blackout blinds, a built-in wardrobe and a fan. There are three bathrooms, one with a bath, and top-quality linen and towels are provided.

The laundry has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a clothes drying rack. WiFi is available.

Outside, the private garden patio has a dining table surrounded by gardens.

Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Guest Access & Parking  
You'll have the entire house. Keys are left in an on-site lockbox, with the access code sent 3 days before arrival through the booking portal. There are stairs inside the property.

Please use the secure garage for all parking. It has a 1.8m height limit. Designated visitor parking is also available.

Park only in the garage (1.8m height limit) or designated visitor parking. Parking in the driveway or on the street outside is strictly prohibited, and obstructing vehicles may be fined or towed.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
