The kitchen and bathroom were completely replaced in 2022, with new appliances, flooring, wall tiles, shower, toilet and vanity throughout.

The open plan kitchen and lounge features two leather couches, a large coffee table, a smart TV, wifi and a small desk with chairs, ideal for relaxing or working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, cooktop and stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans needed for self catering. The bedroom offers a queen bed with side tables, a small work desk, a built in wardrobe and air conditioning. A private balcony provides an outdoor setting for two, while the bathroom and laundry include a shower, vanity and a washing machine and dryer.

A dedicated car space comes with the apartment, though guests can easily leave it behind and stroll to New Farm Village, New Farm Park and the Brisbane Powerhouse, or head the other way to Howard Smith Wharves, the Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley's nightlife, James Street's retail precinct and Palace Cinemas. Completely self contained with self check in, Browne Street is a stylish, comfortable pad well suited to singles, couples and business travellers.
