Gotha Street is a bright, well-presented apartment for stays of a month or more in the heart of Fortitude Valley, one of Brisbane's most vibrant inner-city precincts. The King Street dining hub, cafés, bars, live music venues and shopping are all close by, and Fortitude Valley Station and local buses connect you quickly to the CBD and New Farm. With a private laundry, secure garage parking and lift access, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Brisbane, couples relocating to the city, and solo travellers wanting a lively, well-connected long-stay base.

The Apartment  
The light-filled open-plan living area has contemporary furnishings, timber and tiled floors, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table and rug, and a TV with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). Large sliding doors bring in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with a gas cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full set of cookware and utensils. A fold-out dining table seats two.

The comfortably sized bedroom has a Queen bed with quality bedding, blackout blinds, bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe with coat hangers. The modern bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet, with a hairdryer provided. The private laundry has a washer and dryer.

Split-system air conditioning provides heating and cooling in the living area, and WiFi is available. Glass sliding doors open onto a private balcony with a full outdoor furniture set. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Building Facilities  
Guests have access to the building's communal BBQ area on the ground level.

You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected from an off-site location, with full details sent 3 days before check-in. There's lift access throughout the building. Secure garage parking is included for one car (2.1m height limit).

\- No parties or antisocial behaviour  
\- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval  
\- No pets are allowed in the property without approval  
\- No smoking is allowed at any times  
\- If you break something, please let us know  
\- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.

- Cancel **more than 15 days** before check-in — 50% refund of your Minimum Stay Fee.
- Cancel **less than 15 days** before check-in — no refund applies to the Minimum Stay Fee.
- After your minimum stay, vary your stay with **30 days notice**. If a discount was applied based on your original booking length, the rate will be recalculated for the shorter stay and any difference is payable.
