## About this home

Lawrence Hargrave Drive is a spacious beachfront family retreat in Coledale, set directly across the road from Coledale Beach, close enough that you can hear the waves crash from your bedroom and watch the sunrise before your first coffee. Designed for larger families and groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across 4 queen bedrooms and 4 single beds arranged as 2 bunk beds, with a sofa bed available on request for an additional guest.

The home is filled with entertaining spaces, including a huge deck perfect for sunset drinks and family gatherings, along with a sound system and TV for relaxed evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and rice cooker, while the dining table and backyard offer plenty of room for the whole group to come together. An indoor fireplace and ducted heating and cooling keep things comfortable no matter the season.

Please note the downstairs bed configuration differs slightly from the photos, the bunk beds have been moved into the downstairs lounge and a queen bed has been placed in the downstairs bedroom. The home is suitable for families travelling with babies, with a travel cot provided, though a highchair is not supplied so guests are welcome to bring their own. All bed linen and essentials are included for your stay, along with a washer and dryer for longer visits.

A short stroll down the driveway and across the road puts you right on the sand, making Lawrence Hargrave Drive one of the most convenient beachfront locations for a family holiday or group getaway.

— Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is before 10 am, please contact us in advance if you would like an earlier check in or later checkout as this may incur a charge  
— This is a strictly no smoking property, any evidence of smoking found in the home may result in a 500 dollar fine  
— No pets are allowed  
— Strictly no parties or events  
— Please let us know in advance about any extra guests or day visitors, this is required for liability purposes under the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW  
— A maximum of fourteen guests are permitted to stay overnight, with up to six day visitors allowed, no more than twenty people are permitted on the property at any one time  
— Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay, any additional visitors must be approved by us in writing prior to your stay  
— We ask for minimal noise at all times, especially after 9 pm, out of respect for our neighbours, and ask that guests avoid loitering in or around the property  
— A valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay  
— All guests are asked to review and accept our terms and conditions through the pre arrival check in form  
— Breaking any of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund of any unused nights  
— Requests to change your booking dates can only be considered if your check in date is more than one month away, changes are subject to approval and a surcharge may apply  
— Cancellations made 30 days or less before check in are not eligible for a refund  
— Cancellations made within 7 days of booking receive a full refund, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away  
— Cancellations made after 7 days of booking receive a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away  
— Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund  
— This cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with us, if you booked through a third party platform such as Airbnb or Vrbo, their cancellation policy will apply instead
