The bedroom includes a seating area with a leather couch opening onto a verandah, creating a smooth transition to the outdoors.

Tranquil gardens and an outdoor pool add to the sense of escape, with plenty of space to relax in the sun or curl up with a book on the covered deck.

Upstairs, an open plan lounge area brings a cool retro vibe, with a large dining table for eight both inside and out, making shared meals easy alongside the fully equipped kitchen. The indoor outdoor floor plan flows onto an open deck with 180 degree ocean views, while the living space offers sofas, a gas heater, books, and a smart TV. A separate, cosy lounge area overlooking the ocean has direct balcony access too, great for games nights.

The main bedroom on this level enjoys ocean views and sounds from a queen bed and private balcony. Two further bedrooms complete this level, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and desk, all with built in robes. The main bathroom on this level includes a bath. Quality linens, towels, and beach towels are provided throughout.

In the evenings, cosy up in the leather chairs overlooking the ocean with a glass of wine, or gather around the fire pit in the private courtyard for smores. Hillcrest Road is well positioned for Austinmer's beaches, bike rides, and walks, with Thirroul's cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops just minutes away, and Wollongong a short drive further for shopping, dining, and city amenities.
