Positioned in a prime spot within the resort, overlooking the main lagoon pool and tropical gardens, this elevated north facing apartment enjoys sunshine all year round. The designer interior is modern, light and airy, with all the comforts you'll need including a fully equipped galley kitchen, European laundry, a spa bath, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to three guests, making it a great choice for solo travellers, friends, couples or small families. There's a master bedroom with a king bed, along with a fold out double sofa bed available on request, and the space can be divided with sliding doors when needed. Despite being conveniently close to resort amenities, you'll feel like you're in a world of your own, with leafy outlooks, a secluded balcony, sheer privacy blinds, and private entry access.

Inside, you'll find stylish interiors and quality linens throughout, a rotatable Smart TV with Netflix that can be watched from any room, a Bluetooth SONOS speaker, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The galley kitchen is fitted with high end appliances and a dishwasher, and there's a washer and dryer, a dedicated workstation, and extra storage on hand. Free secure basement car parking is included, along with accessible lift access and private entry with no shared door.

As part of the resort, guests can enjoy the onsite Season Restaurant, the Pool Bar, bicycle hire, two pools including an adults only pool and the main lagoon pool, a heated spa, a tennis court, a fitness centre, and The Spa at Sand for a little extra pampering. The resort is centrally located just 13 minutes south of Gold Coast Airport, with the coastal towns of Kingscliff and Cabarita Beach right on the doorstep, and Byron Bay just a short 35 minute drive away.

Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay.
