## About this home

Luxurious and beautifully presented, this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at Bells Boulevard sits on the lower level of Bali Resort. It's the perfect setting for a romantic sanctuary, a special celebration, or simply a well deserved treat for you and your family.

The apartment is finished with beautiful furnishings, a modern kitchen and a clean, well appointed bathroom, along with a spa bath for extra relaxation. A standout feature is the huge wrap around balcony, complete with excellent outdoor seating and facing out over the parklands and beachfront foliage.

Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the resort amenities, including a thermostatically heated pool set at 27 degrees, an undercover spa, and a poolside entertaining zone, along with the Balé lap pool and pool deck.

Please note that pool towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay.

Please also be aware that the resort's Owners Corporation is currently undertaking essential building maintenance, including the replacement of hot water pipes and upgrades to the hot water system. During this period, guests may experience general construction noise during daytime hours and occasional temporary interruptions to the hot water supply. Roof replacement works have also been approved and will commence once scheduled, with scaffolding installed around parts of the building that may temporarily affect some unit views. These works are managed by the Owners Corporation and are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding while these improvements are carried out.
