It comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with a sofa bed in the lounge area for the third guest, who must be pre booked. Smart TVs are provided in every room for easy access to your favourite streaming services, and after a day of exploring, you can unwind in the spa bath. Families will also appreciate the thoughtful extras on hand, including board games, books, tennis equipment, and a picnic basket with a blanket.

Situated on the top floor and facing east, the apartment offers stunning views of the ocean and lagoon pool, and it's just a short walk from the beach. Fast wifi and a secure underground car space are included for added convenience.

The resort itself offers a wide range of amenities, including a large lagoon pool, a smaller heated pool, a tennis court, a ping pong table, and a selection of bars and restaurants, with everything you need close at hand. Gunnamatta Avenue is ideally located for exploring the NSW Northern Rivers region, with easy access from Kingscliff to Cabarita Beach. If you'd rather stay close to home, the surrounding village offers plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants, so you don't always need to rely on the in room kitchen.

Please note that pool and beach towels are not supplied within the apartment. These can be borrowed from the onsite property management office if needed, with a refundable deposit required, released once the towels are returned by the end of your stay.
