— Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 pm and 8 am, please avoid slamming doors, loud music, or disruptive behaviour at any time, especially in common areas, on balconies, and around the pool  
— All rubbish must be bagged and disposed of in the designated bins at the front of the building, with recycling in the yellow bins on each level, please don't leave rubbish in hallways, balconies, or other common areas  
— No pets are allowed at this property  
— All guests must review and accept our Terms and Conditions via the pre-arrival check-in form  
— A valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre-authorisation, held as a security deposit for the stay  
— All guests must comply with the NSW Short Term Rental Accommodation Act 2020, please advise us of any extra guests or day visitors for liability purposes  
— Breach of house rules may result in guests being asked to leave, with no refund of unused nightly rates  
— Date changes may only be considered if check-in is more than one month away  
— All date changes are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge, please contact us first before assuming a change can be made  
— Bookings made within 30 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund  
— Cancel within 7 days of booking, and more than 30 days before check-in, for a full refund  
— Cancel after 7 days from booking, and more than 30 days before check-in, for a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee  
— Cancel within 48 hours of check-in and no refund is applicable
