Cope Street is a stylish two-storey home for stays of a month or more in the heart of Redfern, on the edge of Sydney's CBD. Cafés, restaurants and creative hubs are close by, Surry Hills, Chippendale and Prince Alfred Park are a short walk, and the train and metro station is minutes away, just three stops from Circular Quay. With two Queen bedrooms, two living areas and a dedicated workspace, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in the city, couples relocating to Sydney, and colleagues sharing a longer stay.

The Home  
The main living area has a four-seater sofa, an armchair, a rug and coffee table, and a Smart TV, plus a workspace for professional travellers. Upstairs, a second lounge gives you extra space to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, plus a full set of cookware and utensils. The dining table seats four.

Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, blackout blinds, bedside tables with lamps, and a heater and fan. The fresh bathroom has a hairdryer, plus a washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Off the kitchen, a private courtyard has a full outdoor furniture set, along with fans and heaters for comfort year-round.

Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

You'll have the entire home. Keys are in a lockbox beside the front door, with details provided after booking. There are multiple stairs inside the home.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
