It's just steps from the boutique shops, galleries, restaurants and bars of Macleay Street, close to the Royal Botanic Garden, and a 10-minute drive from the CBD. With a communal pool and BBQ area overlooking the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in the city, couples relocating to Sydney, and anyone wanting a long inner-city stay.

The Apartment  
The open-plan living space is filled with sunlight. It has a five-seater couch and a TV with free-to-air channels, Foxtel, pay TV and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, cookware, utensils and cutlery, and the dining area seats six.

The bedroom is cosy and modern, and the polished bathroom has a walk-in shower. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided. There's a private washing machine in the apartment, plus a communal coin-operated dryer on the ground floor.

Fans are provided in the living room and bedroom, and WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Building Facilities  
Guests have access to the building's swimming pool and BBQ area with al fresco dining on level 7, overlooking the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Bookings must be made in advance through the building's amenity booking system.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
