Please note there is no elevator in the building, though the apartment is only up the first flight of stairs. While a dedicated parking spot is not available, limited free street parking can be found nearby.

— Requests to change booking dates can only be considered if check in is more than one month away, are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge  
— No refund applies if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date  
— A full refund is available if cancelled within 7 days of booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— A 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee is available if cancelled after 7 days from booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— No refund applies if cancelled within 48 hours of the check in date
