With a brand new modern kitchen and a fun retro sixties vibe running throughout, this oceanfront home is a wonderful escape for the whole family to enjoy while exploring Sydney.

The two large bedrooms are fitted with hotel quality linens and towels, and the apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with pieces from some of Australia's best designers. Every room, from the living area to the kitchen and balcony, enjoys first class ocean views and the sound of waves crashing nearby. The kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dishwasher, stainless steel oven, coffee maker and rice cooker, while the dining table makes it easy to gather the whole group together.

Marine Parade comfortably sleeps 4 guests across a queen bedroom and a double bedroom, with the option to accommodate up to 6 guests via a sofa bed on request for an additional fee. The apartment is also suitable for families with babies or young children, with a portable cot and highchair provided, please note linen for the cot is not supplied so we recommend bringing your own. A storage room is available for luggage, surfboards or other beach gear, though please note there are 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment.

For your comfort, portable fans and heaters are provided, and there is plenty of parking directly out front and across the road, along with free parking at the nearby beach carpark, offering 4 hours free during the day and unlimited free parking overnight, please check the posted signage for exact time frames. We also offer a hassle free airport pick up and drop off service exclusively for guests staying in our homes, simply get in touch for current rates and booking details.

## House rules

— Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is before 10 am, please contact us in advance if you would like an earlier check in or later checkout as this may incur a charge  
— This is a strictly no smoking property, any evidence of smoking found in the home may result in a 500 dollar fine  
— No pets are allowed  
— Strictly no parties or events  
— Please let us know in advance about any extra guests or day visitors, this is required for liability purposes under the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW  
— A maximum of six guests are permitted to stay overnight, with up to three day visitors allowed, no more than nine people are permitted on the property at any one time  
— Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay, any additional visitors must be approved by us in writing prior to your stay  
— We ask for minimal noise in the common areas at all times, especially after 9 pm, and ask that guests avoid loitering out the front of the building or in shared spaces, out of respect for our neighbours  
— A valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay  
— All guests are asked to review and accept our terms and conditions through the pre arrival check in form  
— Breaking any of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund of any unused nights  
— Requests to change your booking dates can only be considered if your check in date is more than one month away, changes are subject to approval and a surcharge may apply  
— Cancellations made 30 days or less before check in are not eligible for a refund  
— Cancellations made within 7 days of booking receive a full refund, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away  
— Cancellations made after 7 days of booking receive a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away  
— Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund  
— This cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with us, if you booked through a third party platform such as Airbnb or Vrbo, their cancellation policy will apply instead
