New South Head Road is a spacious, light-filled apartment for stays of a month or more in prestigious Double Bay, in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Leafy streets, boutique shops, trendy cafés, supermarkets and Steyne Park are all nearby, Double Bay Beach is a 10-minute walk, and the ferry wharf, buses and Edgecliff Station connect you easily to the city. With three bedrooms, a sofa bed, a laundry and parking, it's ideal for families relocating to the Eastern Suburbs, professionals on extended contracts, and groups sharing a longer stay.

The Apartment  
Natural light flows through the stylishly furnished interior. The living area has a four-seater sofa, a Queen sofa bed for extra guests, a Smart TV with streaming apps and an HDMI cable (log in with your own accounts), a ceiling fan and split-system air conditioning. Decorative touches and soft textures give it a homely, welcoming feel.

The dining table seats six to eight and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, which has a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a capsule coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery.

The three bedrooms have a mix of King, Queen and single beds, each with comfortable bedding, blackout blinds, bedside tables and lamps, and a ceiling fan. A portable heater is also available. There's one full bathroom and a separate toilet, with a hairdryer provided. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and laundry essentials.

WiFi is available. The private balcony, off the living room, has a full set of outdoor furniture and a peaceful leafy outlook. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are collected on site, with full details sent 3 days before arrival. Parking is available for one small to medium car.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
