It's just 50m from Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre and close to the shops, cafés and restaurants of Pittwater Road. Dee Why Beach and its beachfront shops are a 3-minute drive away, with buses nearby to Manly and the City. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, step-free access and parking, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts in Sydney's north, couples or small families relocating to the Northern Beaches, and anyone wanting a long coastal stay.

The Apartment  
The open-plan living area combines coastal décor with modern touches and plenty of natural light. It has a plush couch, armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV with free-to-air channels and streaming via Chromecast, plus a four-seater dining table.

The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus cookware, utensils and cutlery, with countertop seating for three.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed, blackout curtains and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Towels, a hairdryer and travel essentials are provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer.

The enclosed private sunroom has a dining area, a bright spot for meals. Central air conditioning serves the apartment, and a portable heater and fan are also provided. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Guest Access & Parking  
You'll have the entire apartment, and there are no stairs inside or outside. On-site parking is accessed through the garage entrance with your fob.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
