Marlo Road is a beachside, bohemian home in the heart of Cronulla, offering an executive feel with all the comforts of a true beachside escape. The apartment has been freshly furnished throughout, featuring a large smart TV, a chef's kitchen and all the mod cons needed to make the most of coastal living. Step outside and you are only steps away from Cronulla's best offerings, including yoga, massage, restaurants, cocktail bars and beachside walks.

The home comfortably sleeps guests across two queen bedrooms, with an air mattress available on request for an additional guest at a small fee. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker and rice cooker, while the private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a BBQ makes for easy alfresco dining. Marlo Road is also suitable for families with babies or young children, with a cot and highchair available on site, please note linen for the cot is not supplied so we recommend bringing your own.

For your comfort, air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and kitchen area, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Please note there is no elevator in the building, with 5 steps at the front entry and 27 steps up to the apartment. One first come first served visitor parking space is available on site, along with free 24 hour street parking nearby, please note the parking area has a clearance height of only 2 metres. We also offer a hassle free airport pick up and drop off service exclusively for guests staying in our homes, simply get in touch for current rates and booking details.

— Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is before 10 am, please contact us in advance if you would like an earlier check in or later checkout as this may incur a charge  
— This is a strictly no smoking property, any evidence of smoking found in the home may result in a 500 dollar fine

— The home is child and infant friendly  
— Please let us know in advance about any extra guests or day visitors, this is required for liability purposes under the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW  
— A maximum of six guests are permitted to stay overnight, with up to three day visitors allowed, no more than nine people are permitted on the property at any one time  
— Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay, any additional visitors must be approved by us in writing prior to your stay  
— We ask for minimal noise in the common areas at all times, especially after 9 pm, and ask that guests avoid loitering out the front of the building or in shared spaces, out of respect for our neighbours  
— A valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay  
— All guests are asked to review and accept our terms and conditions through the pre arrival check in form  
— Breaking any of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund of any unused nights  
— Requests to change your booking dates can only be considered if your check in date is more than one month away, changes are subject to approval and a surcharge may apply  
— Cancellations made 30 days or less before check in are not eligible for a refund  
— Cancellations made within 7 days of booking receive a full refund, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away  
— Cancellations made after 7 days of booking receive a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee, unless the check in date is 30 days or less away  
— Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in are not eligible for a refund  
— This cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with us, if you booked through a third party platform such as Airbnb or Vrbo, their cancellation policy will apply instead
