Lost Keys and Lockouts A $300 AUD charge applies for a lost key or access device. If you need us to attend the property to let you in, a $350 AUD call-out charge applies. Longer Stays For bookings of more than seven nights, the property manager will carry out a weekly inspection to keep the property in good condition. 16\.
