— Pets allowed, subject to the pet conditions below  
— Maximum of nine overnight guests, with up to four day visitors permitted, for a total of no more than thirteen people on the property at any time  
— Any guests beyond those booked must be approved in writing prior to the stay  
— A valid ID and card details are required for a security pre authorisation, held for the duration of the stay  
— Guests are asked to review and accept the booking terms and conditions prior to arrival  
— By booking this property you agree to comply with the house rules, and if any rule is broken you may be asked to leave with no refund of unused nights  
— Any cigarette ash, butts or smell of smoking detected by cleaners may result in a 500 dollar fine  
— Guests are required to comply with all applicable accommodation regulations, and must inform us of any additional day visitors for liability purposes

Pets  
— Pets are welcome up to 10 kilograms in weight, with approval required before booking  
— A pet fee of 110 dollars applies per stay to cover additional cleaning and disinfection  
— Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds  
— Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outdoors, as the area has protected wildlife and the property is not fully fenced

Date Changes  
— Requests to change booking dates can only be considered if check-in is more than one month away  
— Date changes are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge  
— All date change requests should be directed to Staylonger first

Cancellation Policy  
— Bookings cancelled within 30 days or less of check-in are non refundable  
— Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the original booking date receive a full refund, unless check-in is within 30 days or less, in which case no refund applies  
— Cancellations made after 7 days from booking receive a 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee, unless check-in is within 30 days or less, in which case no refund applies  
— Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non refundable  
— This policy applies to bookings made directly through Staylonger, bookings made via a third party platform are subject to that platform's cancellation policy
