Clarke Court is a luxurious single-level home of rare scale and finish, available for stays of a month or more in Moama, just minutes from town. Polished concrete floors, high ceilings, designer furnishings and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces flow together throughout. With six bedrooms sleeping up to 16, three bathrooms plus a powder room, two living areas and a resort-style pool, it’s ideal for large families, multigenerational groups and families relocating to the Murray region who want space to be together while still having room of their own.

The Home  
The light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has polished concrete floors and high ceilings. The main living area has plush lounges, leather armchairs and a large TV, and a second sitting room with a generous corner lounge offers a quiet retreat. The designer kitchen has a central island bench, high-end appliances and plenty of space to entertain.

The deluxe master suite has a King bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes, direct pool access and an ensuite with a freestanding bath, brushed-brass fixtures and a skylight. Bedrooms two to five each have a King bed. Bedroom six is a bunk room with two bunks, each with a Queen below and a single above, sleeping six. Every bedroom has a TV. Two central bathrooms and a powder room serve the rest of the home, and the laundry has a washer and dryer.

Ducted zoned air conditioning and heating run throughout.

Outside, the expansive covered alfresco has a dining table, BBQ, bar fridge, lounge settings and two TVs, with roll-down blinds, ceiling fans and overhead heaters for year-round use. The glass-fenced in-ground pool has a stone-tiled surround, an outdoor shower, sun lounges and a cantilever umbrella, and the manicured lawns and gardens have plenty of room for backyard cricket.
