Simms Street is a newly finished, beautifully appointed townhouse for stays of a month or more in a popular, central pocket of Moama. Moama Bowling Club, the shops and cafés of Meninya Street and the Murray River walking trails are all a short walk away, and the bridge to historic Echuca is close by. The Port of Echuca, the paddlesteamers, local wineries and family attractions are within easy reach, and Melbourne is about 3 hours by car. With three Queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, an in-ground pool and parking for a boat, it’s ideal for families relocating to the Murray region, couples on extended stays and corporate travellers.

The Townhouse  
The spacious indoor living and dining area flows from the chef’s kitchen, which has a butler’s pantry with laundry facilities.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite, and bedrooms two and three each have a Queen bed. A central bathroom serves the other bedrooms. Hotel-quality linen and premium amenities are provided.

Outside, the resort-style entertaining area has an in-ground pool (open October to April) and a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ.

Guest Access & Parking  
You’ll have the entire townhouse, which sleeps up to 6 guests. Off-street parking fits three cars, or two cars plus a boat. Local support is available 24/7, and a digital welcome guide is provided.
