With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking for two large vehicles, it's ideal for families relocating to the Illawarra, professionals on extended contracts, and anyone wanting a long, comfortable coastal stay. The Home The stylish open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is filled with natural light from large windows. The living area has a spacious lounge and a Smart TV with free-to-air channels and streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas cooktop, utensils and cutlery. The dining table seats six, with extra seating for two at the countertop. There are three generous bedrooms with serene views: one with a King bed, one with a Double bed and one with a Queen bed. Two contemporary bathrooms each have a sleek walk-in shower. Ducted and split-system air conditioning provides heating and cooling, and WiFi is available throughout. The laundry has a washer/dryer combo.
