Herarde Street is a light, airy, renovated apartment for stays of a month or more in Batemans Bay, the bustling hub of the Eurobodalla coast. It has uninterrupted coastline views, and all the essentials are within a 2km radius: the village centre is a 14-minute walk, and Corrigans and Caseys beaches are a short drive. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning in every room and a rooftop pool, it's ideal for families relocating to the South Coast, professionals or teams on extended contracts in the region, and anyone wanting a long, comfortable coastal stay.

The Apartment  
The spacious open-plan living area has a comfortable lounge, a Smart TV with free-to-air channels, and a dining setting for six. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, including an oven, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker.

Bedroom one has a King bed, and bedrooms two and three each have a Queen bed. Every bedroom has blackout blinds and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and travel essentials provided, and the laundry has a washer and dryer.

Air conditioning and heating serve the apartment, and WiFi is available. The balcony catches the cooling sea breezes. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Cleaning on Longer Stays  
Cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an additional cost.

Building Facilities  
Guests have access to the building's rooftop outdoor pool and entertaining areas.

Guest Access & Parking  
You'll have the entire apartment. Keys are left in an on-site lockbox, with the access code sent 2 days before arrival through the booking portal. Stairs are required to reach the apartment. Secure on-site parking is available for one car.

\- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am  
\- No parties or antisocial behaviour  
\- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval  
\- No pets are allowed in the property without approval  
\- No smoking is allowed at any times  
\- If you break something, please let us know  
\- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property  
\- Drones are strictly not permitted to be used in or around the complex at any time, for any reason, as this violates the privacy of residents and guests.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

- Cancel **less than 15 days** before check-in — no refund applies to the Minimum Stay Fee.
