— No smoking, a fine may apply if evidence of smoking is found  
— No parties or events permitted at the property  
— Pets are allowed subject to prior approval and a pet fee to cover additional cleaning, pets are not permitted on the furniture

— Minimal noise is required especially after 9 pm out of respect for neighbours  
— Valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation held as a security deposit  
— Guests are required to review and accept Terms and Conditions in the Pre arrival check in form  
— All guests must comply with the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW  
— Nearby homes are currently undergoing renovations, guests may notice some construction noise Monday to Friday between 7 00 am and 5 00 pm  
— Requests to change booking dates can only be considered if check in is more than one month away, are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge  
— No refund applies if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date  
— A full refund is available if cancelled within 7 days of booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— A 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee is available if cancelled after 7 days from booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— No refund applies if cancelled within 48 hours of the check in date
