Lost Keys and Lockouts A $300 AUD charge applies for a lost key or access device. If you need us to attend the property to let you in, a $350 AUD call-out charge applies. You are welcome to use a local locksmith instead. 7\. Security Deposit A $500 AUD hold is placed on your card seven days before check-in as a security deposit. No Drugs or Illegal Activity The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 15\. Longer Stays For bookings of more than seven nights, the property manager will carry out a weekly inspection to keep the property in good condition. 16\.
