With its stunning backdrop and manicured surrounds, Osborne Road is also a popular choice for wedding photography, and bridal parties are warmly welcomed to use the grounds for their special photo sessions, though please note the property does not host wedding ceremonies or receptions on site.

Osborne Road comprises a spacious main residence and a separate self contained cottage, both fitted out with luxury inclusions including wifi, Nespresso machines, Smeg appliances, luxury bathroom amenities and hotel quality linens and towels throughout.

The main residence comfortably sleeps up to eight adults across four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite, two further bedrooms each with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The cottage offers a more intimate retreat, sleeping up to four adults, with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed and an air mattress in the living room for additional guests, along with its own split system air conditioning and electric heating.

Every bathroom across the property is fitted with complimentary organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with hotel quality towels, bathmats and hand soap, with heating included in the main residence bathrooms. Families travelling with little ones will also find a travel cot and highchair available for use during their stay.

— Valid ID and card details are required for a temporary pre authorisation held as a security deposit  
— Guests are required to review and accept Terms and Conditions in the Pre arrival check in form  
— All guests must comply with the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW  
— Requests to change booking dates can only be considered if check in is more than one month away, are subject to approval and may incur a surcharge  
— No refund applies if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date  
— A full refund is available if cancelled within 7 days of booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— A 50 percent refund of the accommodation fee plus the cleaning fee is available if cancelled after 7 days from booking, provided the booking was not made within 30 days of check in  
— No refund applies if cancelled within 48 hours of the check in date
