Miller Street is a charming, light-filled standalone house for stays of a month or more in Wentworth Falls, in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Surrounded by leafy gardens and fresh mountain air, it's close to the Wentworth Falls Lookout, the National Pass walking track, the Conservation Hut Café and the village's cafés and boutique shops. The train to Sydney is a short drive away. With two Queen bedrooms, an accessible bathroom and WiFi suited to remote work, it's ideal for remote workers wanting a mountain base, couples or small families relocating to the Blue Mountains, and anyone seeking a restorative long stay in nature.

The Home  
Bright living spaces, warm timber-look floors and garden outlooks give the home a relaxed, country feel. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, a remote-controlled electric fireplace and split-system air conditioning. Local wildlife photography of the region's flora and fauna decorates the walls.

The kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, plus extensive cookware and utensils. The dining table seats four and doubles as a workspace.

Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, blackout blinds, bedside tables with lamps, and portable heaters and fans. Linen and bedding are supplied. The contemporary bathroom has a walk-in shower with mobility grab bars, a hairdryer and bathroom essentials. There's also a washer and dryer, a drying rack and an iron.

WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Wildlife  
Native birds, possums and wombats are often spotted nearby, and a resident blue-tongue lizard likes to sunbathe near the back door.

Additional rules: You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

\- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am  
\- No parties or antisocial behaviour  
\- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval  
\- No pets are allowed in the property without approval  
\- No smoking is allowed at any times  
\- If you break something, please let us know  
\- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property  
\-The property is not pet-friendly. Assistance and guide dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable regulations.  
\-Due to the natural bushland setting and the property's unfenced frontage, the home may not be suitable for young children.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.  
\- Pets are available on request unless the property states it is pet friendly. Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.

## Cancellation Policy & Stay Variations

- Cancel **more than 15 days** before check-in — 50% refund of your Minimum Stay Fee.
- Cancel **less than 15 days** before check-in — no refund applies to the Minimum Stay Fee.
- After your minimum stay, vary your stay with **30 days notice**. If a discount was applied based on your original booking length, the rate will be recalculated for the shorter stay and any difference is payable.
