With two Queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's ideal for professionals working in the Blue Mountains, couples or small families relocating from Sydney, and anyone wanting an extended mountain stay with easy rail access to the city.

The Apartment  
The building is modern, with high-quality finishes throughout. The living room has a comfy leather lounge, a flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and a fireplace for cosy mountain evenings. Ducted air conditioning and heating keep the apartment comfortable year-round.

The kitchen is fully functional for everyday cooking, with an electric cooktop, modern stainless-steel appliances and a dishwasher.

Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV and built-in wardrobes. There are two luxury tiled bathrooms, with a hairdryer supplied.

Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided for a fresh and hygienic sleep, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Getting Around  
Katoomba train station is a 2-minute walk away, with regular trains to Sydney's Central Station (about two hours) and to other Blue Mountains towns. The Blue Mountains Explorer bus stops right opposite, and ride-share services operate in the area.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:  
\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
