With two Queen bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a study nook and a lock-up garage, it's ideal for professionals on extended contracts on the South Coast, couples or small families relocating to the area, and anyone wanting a long, relaxed coastal stay.

The Home  
The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a plush couch, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV with free-to-air channels, and a study nook for working from home. A sofa bed in the lounge provides extra sleeping space.

The sleek kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle, and a wooden six-seater dining table sits alongside.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed, an ensuite and air conditioning. Bedroom two has a Queen bed and portable air conditioning units. There's a second full bathroom plus an extra toilet downstairs. The laundry has a washer and dryer.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed
