Akuna Street is a spacious, comfortable apartment for stays of a month or more in the heart of Canberra City. The Canberra Centre, Glebe Park, Canberra Theatre Centre and the National Convention Centre are all within easy walking distance, Lake Burley Griffin's waterside dining and cycling paths are close by, and the light rail and bus interchange are just a short walk away. With two Queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private laundry, secure parking and resort-style building facilities, it's ideal for public servants and business travellers on extended contracts, couples relocating to the ACT, and colleagues sharing a longer stay.

The Apartment  
Soft natural light, warm neutral tones and styled décor create a calm retreat above the city. The living area has a spacious sofa lounge, a Smart TV and carpet flooring. Central heating and cooling runs throughout.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge, a toaster and a kettle, plus cookware, glassware and utensils. The dining table seats four.

Bedroom one has a Queen bed and an ensuite. Bedroom two has a Queen bed. Both have blackout blinds, bedside tables with lamps, and built-in storage with coat hangers, and the main bedroom also has a pedestal fan. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, and a hairdryer is provided. The private laundry has a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack.

WiFi is available. Professional hotel-style linen, with a three-sheet setup, is provided, and a small welcome pack helps you settle in.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT:  
\- Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property without refund.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

\- Please leave all beds unmade  
\- Please clean up your dishes and put them away  
\- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location  
\- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins  
\- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed.  
\- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departing to avoid any unintentional items left behind.

We are not liable for any items left behind after your stay. In the rare event that a guest reports a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but we cannot guarantee its retrieval. If the item is found, we will gladly assist in arranging its return to an address within Australia, subject to postage and service fees.
